A very talented community in the NW of Bangladesh then works together to prepare the yarn, the look and ultimately the fabric. Many hands make light – and exquisite – work! ORIGIN: Bangladesh.
- Splash: Recycled yarns leftover from other handwoven fabrics are threaded into new warps, creating flashes of colour against natural, undyed cotton. Inspired by the cool days of winter in Bangladesh brightened with splashes of colour from blossoming trees, these fabrics are handwoven by weavers in fair trade groups. Ethical production means that both the makers and their environment are respected at every level.
