Flora Sweater
In this six session class, students will receive 6 hours of hands on instruction covering complex lace knitting patterns, raglan construction, short rows, dividing sleeves/casting on underarm, working a small circumference for sleeves, and utilizing a three needle bind off (that is unusual) to attach the sleeve and body ribbing to the garment.
Required Skills:
- Knit
- Purl
- Cast On
- Bind off
- Read a pattern
- Work common lace stitches like yo, ssk, k2tog, etc.
Required Supplies:
- (5, 5, 6) (6, 6, 7) skeins of Scout in the color of your choosing.
- Finished Garment Measurement: (39.75, 43, 45.75 )( 48.5, 51, 54.25 )”
- 32" US size 8, 7 and 10 needle (or sizes needed to obtain gauge)

Hybrid or Virtual Classes (any sessions held on Sundays are exclusively virtual, all other classes can be taken in person or online):
Once you have signed up for the class and purchased your materials, you will be sent a code for the zoom meetings as well as any other pertinent information. Each session is held virtually. Additional videos will be posted on the group facebook page where participants are encouraged to share photos.
